This 5-day progressive surf camp based only 40 minutes from the heart of Cape Town will teach you everything from the very basics of catching a wave and standing up on a board to paddling through the surf to the ‘backline’ and riding the face of unbroken waves. You will also learn about surf etiquette and how to ‘read’ the surf. Two free afternoons will give you a chance to rest your muscles after all the surfing and partake in one of the many optional activities on offer in Cape Town. This camp has two locations depending on the season so we can ensure you are staying closest to the beach with the best waves at the time of your visit. The accommodation is in a dorm, shared room, with selected meals. You are sure to be stoked and ‘ripping’ in the surf after this 5-day camp.
